    FixShine offers an industry-leading 2-year* warranty. For complete details and restrictions, please contact your designer or consultant. *2-year warranty applies to contracted jobs only.
  • Do you provide free consultations and budgeting?
    FixShine does provide homeowners with a free consultation where initial budget ranges are provided.
  • During what hours can I schedule an appointment?
    FixShine schedules appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:30 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am-5:00 pm.
  • How do I schedule a consultation with a remodeling expert?
    You can request an appointment through the online estimates form, or contact us at 1-800- 934-9744.
  • How long does it typically take for the work on my house to begin?
    Schedules will vary by location and time of year so itÂ’s best to contact the office for current information.
  • How long is a typical consultation?
    Each consultation is based on individual need, however, our typical consultations will last one hour. This allows us time to thoroughly discuss your project with you and answer any questions you may have.
  • Is FixShine Property Services a lead-safe certified firm?
    FixShine has fullfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402, and has received certification to conduct lead based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89.
  • What are your rates?
    Rates for our jobs vary due to the type of work being performed and the number of hours and materials needed. Depending on the scope of work, we can do it on an hourly or a contracted basis.
  • What areas do you service?
    FixShine Property Services, Inc., services the Metropolitan DC area (DC, MD, & VA).
  • What payment options do you offer?
    FixShine accepts checks only. For financing information, please contact us.
  • What type of projects do you do?
    Our scope of work includes everything from small home improvement projects, to kitchens and baths to large remodeling projects.
